Two wallets
Credit wallet: prepaid fees / BEP-20 top-ups.
Commission wallet: networking commissions when the engine is enabled and legitimate product volume pairs.
Neither wallet is your exchange trading balance.
Withdrawals
Request withdrawals from Wallet → Withdraw with amount and destination notes.
Finance reviews and pays out according to your organization’s process. Status appears on the same screen.
